The short version
- The calculators run in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us.
- If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and, if you choose, which medication you use.
- We use that only to email you about the app. It is never sold.
- You can ask us to delete it at any time: [email protected].
What we collect
Calculators. The doses, strengths and dates you enter stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored.
Waitlist. When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the medication you pick (optional: semaglutide, tirzepatide, other, or prefer not to say), the date and time you signed up, and a label saying which page you signed up on. You can leave the medication blank. Because it relates to your health, we treat it as sensitive and use it only to understand which medications people use.
Visitors. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses and basic request details to deliver and protect the site. We do not receive or keep a list of visitors.
Why we use it
Only to email you about the app: for example when it launches, or a short note if the plans change. We do not send marketing for other companies, and your details are never sold or shared for advertising.
Where it is stored and who handles it
Waitlist details are stored with Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting and database provider, in a database hosted in Europe. Cloudflare acts as a service provider for us. The only people who can read the list are the operator of this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and currently uses no analytics. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or for 12 months after you sign up, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), the law gives you these rights. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Not medical advice
GLP Units is a math tool, not medical advice. Always confirm your dose and syringe amount with your prescriber or pharmacist, and check your vial label.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
